Hosting & support questions
Do you host things you didn’t build?
Sometimes. If an existing system is in reasonable shape and we can run it safely, we can take over hosting and maintenance. We will review it first and be honest about what is involved.
What happens if something breaks at 2am?
Monitoring alerts us to problems, and we respond according to the support arrangement we agree with you. Because we also built and host the system, there is no finger-pointing between separate vendors - one team owns it.
Is my data secure and backed up?
Yes. We use HTTPS, encryption, access controls and regular backups with a tested restore path. Security is treated as ongoing work - patching and monitoring - not a one-off box to tick at launch.
Can we leave if we want to?
Yes. You own your code and data, and we will help you move if you ever choose to. We aim to keep you because the service is good, not because you are trapped.
