Which AI models do you use?
We use the model that fits the job, including leading large language models such as Anthropic’s Claude for reading and reasoning, plus embedding models for semantic search. We stay model-flexible so we can pick the best option for accuracy, cost and privacy.
Is it safe to put AI near our data?
That is exactly why guardrails matter. We design with least-privilege access, keep sensitive data controlled, add confidence scoring and human review for anything that matters, and are careful about what is sent where. AI should assist your people, not act unchecked.
Can you add AI to software we already have?
Yes. We can integrate AI into an existing product - a support assistant, document reading, search or automation - without rebuilding everything, as long as we can connect to it safely.
What does "AI-first" mean for EnuSoft?
