Cookie policy

Last updated: 05 July 2026.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are essential for a site to work; others are optional and used for things like analytics. Under UK PECR and UK GDPR, non-essential cookies may only be set with your consent.

Our approach

We keep cookies to a minimum. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site can’t work without them. Anything genuinely optional stays off until you opt in, and “Reject all” is as easy as “Accept all”. You can change your choice at any time using the link in the footer.

The cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These make the website work and remember your cookie choices. They include a first-party cookie (enusoft_cookie_consent) that stores your consent decision so we don’t ask on every visit. These are never used for tracking and can’t be switched off.

Functional - EnuChat support widget

Our EnuChat live-chat widget loads on every page so you can message us. It’s our own product, and it may set its own cookies to run the chat session. Because it’s part of how we offer support, we treat it as an always-on functional item - but you can still block it in your browser settings if you prefer.

Analytics

We don’t currently run analytics cookies. If we add them in future, they’ll be strictly optional, off by default, and listed here - and we’ll re-ask for your consent.

Managing cookies

Use the link in the footer to review and change your choices at any time. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you block strictly necessary cookies.
